Methodology
To keep the data clean, we run these steps before publishing:
- Raw extraction from public sources (HTML, no paid APIs).
- Name cleaning: separating doctor specialty, city and phone number from the actual business name.
- Consolidation by phone number, if a business appears in multiple sources, contact info is merged and sources are recorded.
- Checking against independent sources (professional registers, booking platforms, the business's own website). Only listings that pass get the "verified" badge.
Privacy
Koole does not use advertising cookies. When enabled, we measure traffic with Plausible (cookie-less, no personal profiles). Business data is public contact info only. To remove or correct a listing, contact us.
